All will be Judged by the Word!

"He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word
that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken of myself;
but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say,
and what I should speak. And I know that his commandment is life everlasting:
whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak."
John 12:48 - 50

We live in a day like never before, where human beings belittle the Bible, God’s Holy Word, to the point of obscurity. For the most part, mankind would give anything to rid this world of the Word of God. However, as Christians we know it is the power of God's Word that brings men to repentance. The faithful preaching of the Word is what God used to draw you and me to Him. Therefore, if men can eliminate the Bible, then their reasoning would be they would not have to face God. You could compare this reasoning to the ostrich hiding its head in the sand. How naive, blind, and unknowledgeable mankind is concerning God and His justice. As we ascertain from history, there has been many sincere men to try to destroy God's Word with little or no results in propagating its demise. The Bible plainly teaches that all Heaven and Earth will pass away, but God's Word will abide forever. This eternal task of the Word of God is to purposely be presented to all people, of all nations and for all times, past, present, and future. Everyone ever existing will be confronted with the Word of God. There is not a single action one can take, nowhere to hide, nowhere to run to escape the penetrating, soul searching, Words of God. To the believer in Christ, the very Words of God are consolation, hope, and joy, yet to the unbeliever, they are quite the opposite. God’s Word spells out the impending doom, damnation, and torment awaiting anyone rejecting God's Holy Son, Jesus, as their personal Lord and Saviour. Today, more than ever, men and women need the Saviour in their lives; Jesus is their only hope and route of escape of the judgment of God. Time is running out for the unbeliever. One day soon, the door of opportunity that God have given to us as the Day of Grace, will be closing. It is high time for the Laodicean Church age to wake from its sleep and propagate the Gospel of Christ, more so now than ever. Is the Word of God really important to you? Our actions today will decide that question, and our answer addressed at the Judgment seat of Christ for the believer. For those that miss the Bema Seat, the Great White Throne Judgment will be the destination of the lost. Once again, more than ever, God's Holy Word will be the judge of us all.

Let us pray:

Holy Father, I praise you for another day. I praise you for our daily bread, the Word of God. You tell us in your Word that men shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceedeth from the mouth of God. O Lord, please help our understanding to increase in the Word. Please help me to grow as the days go by to bring honor and glory to your name. I love you Lord with all my heart and I do so want to please you in my actions. Help me, O Lord, to help others by expounding and explaining what God has done for me in my life. I do pray for doors of opportunity to be opened to me today. I praise you Lord, with my whole heart and rejoice to know you personally. I praise you for my health today and I pray that you will guide my footsteps daily. Please give us safety today and watch over me and my loved ones, in Jesus name I pray, AMEN.
